Michał Nikitiuk law office
Companies, decisions and regulations in an ordered form.
I handle corporate and regulatory matters for companies: from articles of association and KRS filings, through commercial contracts, to MAR and selected capital market requirements. In Polish and English, remotely or in Warsaw.
Profile
An individual practice means one person handles the matter from start to finish, with full knowledge of its context.
Michał Nikitiuk
I am a Polish attorney-at-law with more than eight years of experience in corporate and regulatory matters. I support entrepreneurs: from companies and contracts to selected capital market requirements.
For you this means documents and answers that work in practice, written by the person handling your matter from the first conversation to the final invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions most often asked before we start working together.
How do I start working with the office?
A short message describing the matter is enough: what it concerns, what stage it is at and what outcome you want to achieve. In reply you will receive clarifying questions or directly a proposed scope of work and a quote.
How is the work billed?
For matters with a predictable scope I propose a fixed fee; for open-ended matters, an hourly rate with a time estimate. You will always know the billing terms before the work begins, and nothing changes without your agreement.
What should I prepare at the start?
For corporate matters, the articles of association, a current registry extract and the documents the matter concerns are helpful. If anything is missing, we will identify it at the outset and I will point you to where to obtain it.
Can we work remotely?
Yes, I handle most matters entirely remotely: by email, phone and video calls. In-person meetings in Warsaw are available by prior appointment.
Does the office serve investment firms or banks?
No. I handle a deliberately selected range of regulatory matters and do not provide services to entities conducting the business of an investment firm or a bank.
How quickly can I expect a reply?
I usually reply to messages within one business day. If the matter is urgent, please mention it in the subject line.
