I chose a narrow specialisation over a broad catalogue of services. I work on what I know really well: corporate support for companies, commercial contracts and capital market regulation. I run my practice on my own, so from the first conversation to closing you work with the same person, not with a chain of team members.
Capital market regulations such as MAR, MiFID II, EMIR, AML and GDPR I know from daily practice, not from a textbook. That lets me translate them into concrete decisions: what to do, what not to do and why, instead of an opinion that settles nothing.
